Protect your vehicle from crossing traffic at every busy junction. Front Cross Traffic Alert detects both vehicles and bicycles passing in front and alerts the driver through the Head-up Display, before activating a buzzer if a collision is anticipated.
Adaptive High-Beam intelligently enables and disables individual LEDs within each headlamp for precision control over the distribution of light. The system uses a camera on the top of the vehicle, to detect light from vehicles in front and smoothly illuminate the road ahead, while avoiding preceding or oncoming vehicles with pinpoint accuracy.
This allows drivers to enjoy their most vividly lit night-time drive, providing exceptional visibility while delivering calmer driving conditions, without the need to repeatedly alternate between high and low beam.
Two-Stage Adaptive High-Beam System is a further enhancement on the Adaptive High Beam System, allowing for greater light beam control. The headlamp’s 24 independent LED chips spread on two rows are switched on and off for precise control of illuminated and non-illuminated areas, allowing the light to be dimmed around a vehicle in front while still illuminating a street sign above the vehicle.
Using front lateral side radar, Front Cross Traffic Alert detects crossing vehicles and bicycles as far away as 50m ahead. In world first technology, a warning is sent to the Head-up Display to indicate the other vehicles’ position, 2 to 4 seconds before the vehicle is due to cross.
If the driver continues to advance towards crossing vehicles, audio alerts will sound to enable the driver to stop in time. With three sensitivity levels of Far, Mid and Near, Front Cross Traffic Alert can be customised to perfectly fit your driving style.
This enables you to pass through busy junctions quickly and confidently, with enhanced vision around your vehicle. In fast-moving traffic, night-time driving or other challenging visibility conditions, Front Cross Traffic Alert provides additional support to notify you of any cyclists or vehicles that are on the move.
